Dr. Lauren Johnston earned her veterinary degree from University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in 2018.
Dr. Johnston began her career in veterinary medicine 15 years ago, working as a veterinary assistant and technician prior to becoming a veterinarian. Following graduation, she practiced as an emergency clinician at a high-volume practice in Houston, and gained additional surgical and dentistry experience through her work with a local non-profit practice.
Dr. Johnston brings to Neartown Animal Clinic a wealth of knowledge and technical expertise gained through the management of acute and critical patients, and is committed to providing excellent care at every visit. She spends her free time hiking and kayaking with her family, and running with her German Shepherd.
